The engine that governs my AI-assisted delivery
My most ambitious R&D effort: a governed multi-agent workflow engine. The principle is simple — agents produce, the orchestrator coordinates, quality gates judge, the human decides. Every step is traceable, and every deliverable must clear quantified quality gates before it moves on.
At its heart, a "constitution" of non-negotiable rules — quality, cross-validation, traceability, non-regression, formal verification — an 11-step workflow and conformity gates. This is the framework that governs the development of ProbatioVault.
Today embedded in my ecosystem, I am gradually making it standalone — a neutral core with pluggable adapters (tracker, CI, secrets, LLM…) — towards an open-source release.
