The structure

Phydya is me — and a network

Phydya is a senior expert on the front line: me, Loïc Pontani. You work directly with the architect who designs and delivers.

I bring in a focused network of trusted partners (developers, data engineers, domain specialists) when a project outgrows one person. You keep a single, accountable contact; you gain the capacity of a team when you need it.

What holds me

My values

Proof before promise

I'd rather show an auditable system or a published piece than recite a method.

Operational honesty

I name the problems, risks and limits. A clear-eyed diagnosis beats a reassuring brochure.

Refusing the interchangeable

No copy-pasted generic architecture, no content churned out. Every deliverable is situated.

Cooperation

Coordinating business, IT and operations: a critical system is delivered with the teams, not against them.
